Stars of the Central Coast 2025

Adele Miller

My name is Adele Miller & I am a Breast Cancer Survivor of 17 years this yearThe day I was diagnosed was 25th June 2008 3.06pm a day that will for ever change our lives and also an especially sad day for Glenn McGrath his family & friends and all Australians as we said goodbye to the beautiful Jane McGrath who had lost her battle with Breast Cancer days earlier how fitting it was that my journey started that afternoon about the time her funeral was being held.

During my journey I was fortunate to work and be an active member within my community and found Cancer Council NSW we had a fantastic support group that would meet up regularly and I became the group leader. In that same year I discovered Relay for Life at Mingara, and our team PINK POWER are in their 16th year this year. I volunteer as much as I can to give back to my community and Cancer Council through daffodil day, any event that is associated with Dancing With The Stars, I have not missed a performance whether it be as a volunteer or guest in the VIP room I have been to every one of the Central Coast events at Laycock Street Theatre.

Would you believe that as a child (the only girl with 5 brothers) that I did dancing from the age of 5 to 17. Ballet, Jazz and stage productions all through high school and even did a choreography in the 80’s in high school to The War Song by Culture Club!!

It gives me such joy to now be on the other side of the stage performing in Central Coast Dancing With The Stars as we all shine bright to raise as much money as we can for this fantastic charity.
