I'm fundraising for...
One morning Mum receives a phone call from my Aunty explaining my uncle’s dream about my Mum being in bed (which signifies some sort of illness in our Italian culture). Found out, that she had Metastatic Melanoma (stage 3) and watching my Mum go through such an experience motivated me to bring awareness to this terrible disease. I train and assess students to achieve their Certificate II or III in Hospitality. Besides the enormous amount of paperwork, I teach the students how to make the perfect coffee, hygiene standards, customer service and how to create delicious food. I love seeing the smiling faces on my special needs students as they enjoy the food that they have created. I have always loved dancing even from a young age as I used to go ballroom dancing classes with the oldies. I danced yesterday by myself around the house and when I hear Jason Derulo, watch out. Three interesting facts about me, I run my own wedding cake business called Adriana Manfredi Cakes, The love of my life is a Siberian Husky, I’ve won medals in cookery competitions and have had the privilege to represent my country on a national level. I’m Funny, Loyal and an excellent chef ha-ha. Come support me as I whip up an unforgettable routine.
