I was born and raised right here in Narrabri and I’m now raising my four children in the place I’ve always called home. I work as a primary school teacher and am passionate about giving back and supporting others. I’m always inspired by how our community comes together in times of need and I’m excited to step out of my comfort zone to make a difference for a cause close to my heart.
I’m fundraising for the Cancer Council because I want to make a real difference for the people and families whose lives have been touched by cancer, including some who are very close to me. Watching loved ones go through such a tough journey has shown me just how important support, care and hope really are.
By raising funds, I aim to help the Cancer Council continue their incredible work, funding life-saving research, providing emotional and practical support and helping people understand how to reduce their risk.
Every donation, big or small, helps bring us closer to better treatments, brighter futures and the comfort of knowing that no one has to face cancer alone.
Together, we can make a real impact, for those who are fighting right now, for the loved ones we’ve lost and for everyone who may face this battle in the future.
