The greater Penrith community has been so supportive of me and Alina W Music, and joining Stars of Penrith felt like the perfect way to give back. So many of our AWM families have been affected by cancer, and I know this cause means so much to our local community. I’m honored to take part and dance in support of everyone who has been affected.
As a performer and musician, I’m no stranger to the stage. I’ve always loved performing and bringing energy to an audience, and I can’t wait to channel that into dance. That said, I haven’t taken formal dance lessons since I was a teenager, so I know I’m in for quite a workout and a big challenge!
My goal is to raise $7,000 for the Cancer Council. I’ll be using social media to share my journey and rally support from our AWM community. I also plan to host a special vocal performance event, with proceeds going towards my fundraising.
I can’t wait to dance, perform, and make a difference for such an important cause.
