Anthony O’Connor is the Manager of South Coast Freight Solutions, managing a team of 15 to deliver freight across the beautiful South Coast. Anthony’s day can range from a massive 2am-5pm day when busy, to a quieter day depending on the time of year. Anthony loves the customer interactions and the challenges associated with ensuring 1,500 packages arrive safe and sound. Anthony was nominated to participate in Stars of Eurobodalla by his wife, Bec, who is also competing as a Star this year!
Anthony doesn’t have a lot of experience with dancing... he has never learnt the Nutbush and even struggles with the Macarena and Chicken Dance! But he is motivated to put aside his nerves about dancing and hit the stage, driven by his loved ones and customers who have been affected by cancer. Anthony is aiming to raise $10,500... or in other words, more than Bec!

So, after the announcement and start of the annual cancer council fund raising event Stars of eurobodalla the excitement I have to be dancing on stage infront of 3-400 people can not be measured. After some short dance lessons with the talented Brioni Penrose from Stepz south coast dance academy, I am extremely confident I am going to need to work extremely hard to raise as much money as possible, so I can walk away with a small amount of dignity after the event.Thank you to my Sponsors
