Ayush Chopra is the owner and head chef of Two Brown Men, where he leads the kitchen with a passion for bringing vibrant flavours to the Shoalhaven. Being far from his extended family, the local region has truly become his home.
Ayush sees the restaurant as a place where food and culture come together to connect as a found extended family.
With a positive attitude and a love of dancing at family celebrations with the sweet encouragement of his daughter, he’s stepping onto the stage with heart and purpose.
Ayush is joining Stars of as a way of giving back to the community that has embraced him. He wants to honour families impacted by cancer and help support vital community services. Ayush plans to bring an energetic fusion routine to life, inspired by migration, unity, and the joy of Bollywood music.
Grounded by strong family, friendship and community values, Ayush is excited to give everything he’s got and to make his community proud.
