I'm fundraising for...
One of my oldest and dearest friends had his daughter diagnosed with Leukemia last year. He and his wife have had their world turned upside down, being forced to move cities, move schools for their other children, sell their house and essentially go into a state of constant social lockdown. I’m most nervous about raising enough funds to justify myself as part of this wonderful program. Thinking of my friends and what they’ve been going through has been a huge motivator to just suck it up and find the time and energy to fit in this daunting task with my busy life… just like they have.
