Brendon Sheldon is the Director of Nature Coast Plumbing and has been servicing the Eurobodalla for 24 years. A typical day for Brendon begins in the office at 5:30am, hopefully in the surf by 3:30pm, then back in the office for an hour or two in the evening. Brendon loves the variety of work that plumbing offers, the opportunity to work outdoors and visit different sites each day. A fun fact is Brendon used to be an Australian Kickboxing champion and fought for a world title in Hong Kong back in the day.
Although Brendon claims he has no dance ability and is a bit worried about getting stage fright, his positive attitude and sense of fun will help him through the competition! He is motivated to participate in Stars of Eurobodalla, as many of his friends and family have been affected by cancer over the past few years. He is aiming to raise between $6,000-$10,000 for the Cancer Council!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated already to this great cause. I didn’t realise until I joined this fundraiser how much the Cancer Council actually does & how broad its scope is. They lobby governments for better policy outcomes relating to any form of cancer, research into prevention, early detection, better treatments & potential cures, practical support of people with a diagnosis & their families. All this would not be possible without the support of generous people like yourselves. I have stepped out of my comfort zone participating in, “Stars of the Eurobodalla “ but have embraced it & really enjoying the experience.
