Dan Tempest | Stay Ready Performance

Dan, along with his wife Vee, is the owner of Stay Ready Performance, a fitness studio in the heart of Coffs Harbour that helps people feel strong, confident, and ready for whatever life throws their way. Their small group sessions combine strength and cardio in a supportive, community-focused environment. He also works full-time for NSW Rugby League and is a proud advocate for local sport and wellbeing. 

A husband, father of one and stepdad to two, Dan is passionate about staying fit and healthy to make the most of life on the Coffs Coast. Whether it’s the beaches or the mountains, he believes movement is key to enjoying it all. 

Cancer has touched many people in Dan’s life, and being part of this event is his way of giving back. He’s proud to support Cancer Council’s mission and hopes his involvement can help raise awareness and funds for a cause that affects so many.
