Emily and Mark make up a cracking father daughter duo whoare ready to tear up the dancefloor.
Born in Tamworth but bred in Dubbo Mark Coggan is one of the proud business owners of Coggan Wool and father to two children Emily and Christopher. At the ripe age of 45 Mark decided to turn his life around and begin his health and fitness journey training for the Titan Macquarie Mud Run. 7 years later he is now an ultra-trail runner running circles around Emily and looking for his next challenge to tackle. Of a weekend you would find Mark mowing his lawn/working on his garden, running at park run, fishing/hunting with his mates or spending time with loved ones.
Mark is ready to take on this new challenge pushing him outside his comfort zone to learn new things and hopefully master the art of ‘flossing’ and not tripping over his two left feet at the same time.
Born and Bred in Dubbo NSW Emily Coggan is a lover of all thing’s health and fitness, she is currently studying a bachelor of exercise and sport science at university and is hoping to pursue a career as an exercise physiologist. She is currently a trainer at F45 Dubbo and is also the creator of her own small business known as “Clutch Creations” where she explores her creative side sewing fashionable clutch purses/pencil casesfrom her “at-home” office.
When together Emily and Mark are best known for their outdoor bootcamps and funky tik tok dances.
“We have been talking about doing this for the past three years so we decided that it was finally time to give it a crack, bring out the dancing shoes and whip out some new moves, have a bit of a laugh and raise some much needed funds for an absolutely incredible cause….see you all on the dancefloor!”
