Karem Nunez

Stars of Sydney South West 2024

Born and raised in Chile, Karem arrived in Australia in 1987 and has spent most of her life as a member of the Sydney South-West community where she now runs and operates her own business; Karem Photography. An avid supporter of Cancer Council’s mission, she believes in making an impact in her community in any way she can. Karem has joined the Stars of Sydney South-West Charity Gala after hearing the positive experiences of past colleagues who previously participated and successfully raised funds for the event. While her dance experience is limited to a short salsa class, she is looking forward to stepping out of her comfort zone, learning some new moves, and striving to become an example for her daughter to seek out new experiences and be unafraid to get involved in good causes for the community.
