I have lived in Orange for the past 6 years and built a business in our local community. My business is built from a core mission to help people look and feel their best and to go out to world with confidence. 

I am passionate about raising money for a cause close to my heart, and for all my loved ones who had or currently have cancer. To help raise awareness and vital funds for research and services in our area is so important.

Progressing to double moves

Only my third lesson and we’re into the double combos. Lindsey is a boss!  The kids came to watch and were impressed with the efforts so far.  At the end of the lesson Lindsey showed us one of her signature moves - the twisted sister.
We were in awe. What an incredible sport!

Our first 1:1 lesson!

Last Sunday, Hayley and I attended our first 1:1 lesson with Lindsey to really start learning the basics and better understand the skills (and strength!) required to pole dance. 

Lindsey was absolutely amazing in her encouragement and helped us develop our confidence as we continue our progress. By the end of the lesson, I was able to successful hold an UPSIDE DOWN Crucifix pose (yes, its as hard as it sounds!) and Hayley nailed the Fireman Climb!

We can't wait to continue developing our skills and see what else we get to learn!

First Lesson!

Dragged Hayley along with me. We were so nervous but we shouldn't have been. You couldn't meet a nicer, more supportive bunch of women. 
But....HOLY SHIT it was a workout and a half. Fitness and strength definitely need improving. Everything hurts right now. 
New moves learned include the trucker and my favourite name...the vagina monster!

Meet Lindsey

Lindsey is one of the owners of Revolution Aerial Orange who will be helping me soar through the sky on May 4th. After talking with her and sharing ideas I am so excited about spending more time here and putting on a really fun performance on May 4th.

Here we go!

Well...this is going to be quite the experience. 
I was excited to be asked to be a part of the Stars or Orange crew for 2024. I didn't expect to be allocated to the pole dancing - but here we are and I'm now really excited about this challenge. 

Pole dancing carries a lot of stigma - as does my industry. People equate pole dancing with strippers and the cosmetic industry as something vain and shallow where in actual fact both industries are actually focussed on helping people feel confident and empowered. 

Like most people taking this journey on I have had many people close to me diagnosed with cancer. Some have won and and some have lost and there is so much work still to be done in this space. 

So come with me, let's have a laugh and raise some much needed funds to kick cancer's butt!
