Kylie Moffitt is a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Lymphoedema Therapist, and the therapist director of PhysioHealth & CanConquer Corrimal, a clinic known for its warm, science backed, community minded approach to care.
Energetic, spontaneous, and vivacious, Kylie leads a team delivering physiotherapy, Pilates, cancer rehabilitation, and exercise oncology programs that help people rebuild strength, confidence, and hope.
Her work blends hands on clinical care with developing innovative programs, mentoring her team, and supporting people through some of the toughest chapters of their lives. What she loves most is watching patients walk in overwhelmed and leave stronger, physically, mentally, and emotionally. As she says, “energy comes from purpose… when you do what lights you up, it multiplies.”
Her guiding mantra at PhysioHealth: Tutto è possibile: anything is possible.
Kylie’s motivation for joining Stars of Wollongong – Dance for Cancer is deeply rooted in her passion for exercise oncology. She’s seen firsthand how movement helps people stay stronger through treatment, cope better, and recover faster. She and her team support everyday heroes navigating enormous challenges. By raising funds, awareness, and belief she honours their stories and pushes for cancer care that embraces prehabilitation from day one.
Kylie will be bringing all the sparkle, literally. Disco balls are a theme across the clinic, symbolising joy, energy, and the reminder to look for brightness even on hard days. Kylie is ready to bring that same glitterfilled hope to the Stars stage.
Going into the competition, she brings boundless enthusiasm and a willingness to give anything a crack, even if her choreography confidence is… less dazzling. Her biggest fear? Accidentally inventing a new dance genre mid routine when her brain says “left” and her feet go “right.” But the nerves mean she cares.
Her “experience” includes kitchen discos, careoke, pub dance floors, and festival antics. Her signature move is the KMOFF shimmy + hip wiggle, with bonus dramatic clap. Dom Dolla, Tina Turner, and Daft Punk guarantee immediate movement.
