I am joining the 2023 production of Stars of Tamworth Dance for Cancer to support Cancer Council in their mission for a cancer free future.

Because 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, I’m bringing everyone together to show off my dance moves all to raise funds and show my support.  

Please support me on this page to support cancer research, advocacy, prevention programs and local  vital support services for Australians living with cancer.

Paws For Cancer

In April my Mini Dachshund Pippa & I walked 100km in support of Canteen. It was a long way for hr little legs but she enjoyed every minute of her walking & raised some funds in the process. Thanks to everyone who donated to us.

A little about me...

My name is Kylie Newlan & I'm a very proud wife of Jim & mum to 3 beautiful girls Chelsea, Amelia & Emma. I work in Customer Service at New England Overnight & I am one of the Receptionist at TCDA & on the odd occasion you may see me ushering at Entertainment Venues.  For 13 years I have been a Dance Mum to my girls but I have never been a dancer so to say I'm a little nervous is an understatement. But I'm willing to put all that aside for this wonderful cause.

Cancer is something that touches all of us in our life, whether through family or friends. My own experience was my Mum being diagnosed with breast cancer when I was a teenager. She was lucky with early detection & quick treatment & has remained cancer free since. Unfortunately others we have loved have not been so lucky so I'm doing this to honour their memory & celebrate the profound impact they have had on my life. 

I'm so excited to meet the other stars & share this amazing experience with them & raise money for this absolutely amazing cause.
