I'm participating in Stars of Hastings because it offers a unique opportunity to not only contribute to a cause that is incredibly close to my heart but also to raise awareness and crucial funds for cancer research and support services

I am eager to collaborate with Cancer Council to maximize our efforts in fundraising and making a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer. 

Over the past few years, cancer has touched my family's life in profound ways.  Shedding light on the immense challenges faced by cancer patients and their families. 

About me - I became a  single mother in 2016 & have three wonderful boys, a role that has taught me resilience, compassion, and the importance of hard work.
In 2020, I embarked on a new career journey in finance, determined to build a stable future for my family.
Last year, I took a leap of faith and established my own business, LJ Finance Capital, a finance brokerage.
Through this endeavour, I've learned the value of determination, perseverance, and the power of giving back to the community.
