I’m looking to demonstrate to my own clients that sometimes the best experiences live outside of your comfort zones. I am not a dancer at all, but believe that I am fully capable of learning new things and excelling at them no matter what age I am. I hope to raise as much money as possible for a fantastic cause that is so close to the heart of Australian people and others worldwide, all while learning a new skill and proving that I am capable of anything I put my mind to. I am a full-time business owner and mother of 2 beautiful boys. I run my personal training business in North Wollongong where I work face to face with clients coaching CrossFit, gymnastics and skills, strength, conditioning. I spend most of my time devoted to increasing athletic performance in the gym and empowering general population gym-goers by showing them you don’t have to be an athlete to be athletic. My favourite part of my job is without a doubt, showing my clients just what they’re capable of. Finding your own strength is the ultimate confidence and self-esteem boost and watching my clients bloom and come alive when they smash their personal expectations is the best part of my job. I love and excel at physical sports like rugby league, boxing, and jujitsu. The more physical, the better. I am a mum to a 3 year old and 1 year old and they are the reason I do anything, for them I would move mountains. I was 2 years into a journalism degree when I broke my leg playing football and had to take a term off uni. While I was off, I did my certificates to become a coach, just to pass the time and add to my qualifications. I quit uni immediately after the completion of my certificates, started my own business and now dedicate my life to coaching. I found my absolute passion during one of the most unfortunate incidents in my life.
