Meet Louise Wicks, Airport Compliance Supervisor for Albury City Council
Louise is the Airport Compliance Supervisor for Albury City Council, and a lifelong resident of the Border. Louise has always loved sport and community involvement, and spends much of her time supporting NRL, volunteering for VRA Rescue NSW, and not to mention fan-girling over Taylor Swift, while always maintaining a positive outlook on life. As a proud LGBTQI+ community member, Louise always strives to spread happiness and a little sparkle wherever she goes. ✨
After losing her mother to cancer in 2012, Louise is driven to support this cause and honor her memory. Confident she can raise the minimum $5,000 through events like trivia nights, raffles, and sponsorships, Louise is embracing the opportunity to challenge herself with a new experience. She hopes to raise awareness while having fun and dancing in front of her community.
