🌟 Meet Maggie Allmark 🌟
Maggie is the Practice Manager at The Cardiac Centre, she oversee not only the running of the practice but ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our patients. What she really enjoys most in her position is interacting with patients and being able to offer support where needed.
Maggie has had a few important people in her life impacted by cancer, some who have fought and won and some who have not. She believes that it is important to have support for patients locally and that is why she has taken on the challenge of Stars of Nowra to raise money for Cancer Council to help to keep these services local.
 Maggie is also incredibly fit, last November she ran a 50km Ultramarathon! She also has FOUR brothers, one of whom is her twin.
Maggie has always been community minded, last year she cut 29cm off my hair and donated it to ‘Wigs for Kids’, who make wigs for children who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment.
Maggie’s family have been in the Shoalhaven since the Berry family came to the region and as convicts, her family did their time and were given a parcel of land at Crookwell.
She has lived in Sydney, New York and London and any time she came back to the Shoalhaven, but whenever she would drive over the rolling hills past Gerringong she says that always felt like I was coming home.
This region is in Maggie’s blood and she hopes to be able to give something back by taking on Stars of Nowra 2024!

Wow, I can't believe it is only 1 month until we dance on stage!?! The time has just flown by so quickly. I've learnt so much about myself and my community - I can get up in front of people and talk about myself and this amazing cause, and the community of the Shoalhaven have been so generous with their encouragement and donations.Â
