Hotel Owner | Waterfront Hotel Moruya
Mark has owned and managed Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel since January 2015. His day starts around 8am through till dinner and evenings looking after staff, customers, maintenance and events to create a safe and vibrant venue where everyone is welcome. Stars of Eurobodalla is an event close to Marks heart as his wife was recently diagnosed with bowel cancer. She recovered well after surgery, but the difficulty through that time and the personal challenge of dancing for cancer inspired him to get involved. At the 1985 School Rock eisteddfod, Marks team won the competition with an Alice in Wonderland themed performance where he stood still and waved as a tree for 7 minutes. Otherwise, Marks does love a good wedding dance. Mark is looking forward to a fun night with plenty of banter and is prepared for some good-natured constructive criticism from his friends and colleagues.
