Ready to take the leap and raise some serious funds in the fight against cancer
Byron Bay has been home to Martine for over 30 years. Together with her husband Michael, she’s raised three beautiful children and has become a familiar face in the community. From running her swim school for 15 years while the girls were growing up to now working in real estate sales with Michael, which has brought even deeper connections within the area she loves.
Whether she’s out in the surf or spending time in the hinterland, Martine finds joy in nature and the people around her. She loves dancing - amongst friends and the odd flashmob for friend's birthday surprises - just never on a stage. But this year, she’s stepping (and dancing) outside her comfort zone as one of our STARS of Byron Bay to raise funds for a cause that touches so many within our local community.
Martine believes that life is for living fully and embracing new challenges, and this is certainly one of them. With the support of her amazing community, friends, and work network, she’s ready to take the leap and raise some serious funds in the fight against cancer.
