My grandmother & mother died of Cancer and many of my family members and friends have also died or been affected by this disease. Although there have been many great advances in the treatment of this terrible disease. I hope that this fundraiser will assist in finding appropriate treatment for the many children and adults who are currently suffering from this insidious disease.
Michelle has lived in Bellingen for nearly 40 years where she raised her 3 children and is now enjoying her 3 grandchildren. Awarded citizen of the year in the Bellingen Shire in 2019 Michelle has been actively involved in the community through her work at Bellingen Public School and Camp Creative most recently. Michelle along with volunteer helpers established a sewing group for teenage girls, Sewn Up a group for women to meet and create or upcycle clothes for themselves, family or friends and the Bellingen Men’s Shed.
Camp Creative is run over 5 days where you can join a course of your choice including painting, drumming, singing, writing, photography and so much more!
