Natalie Titcume | Bishop Druitt College

Natalie commenced working at Bishop Druitt College at the beginning of 2020 as the High Performance and Athlete Development Program Director to establish the High Performance Programs – Sports Academics and Athlete Development following her time at Melbourne’s Sports School. 


Three times Softball Olympic Medallist in 2000, 2004 and 2008, Natalie also captained the team between 2004 to 2007. Natalie held the position of Head of Physical Education and Health at Wesley College, has been involved in the Sport Education industry for over 25 years.  She has also played professionally in Japan for 3 seasons, leading her team to be one of the most consistent performers in the league between 2006 to 2009. 


Since retirement from Softball, Nat has started her own business TLC Mentoring. 


Natalie also conducts interactive corporate PD workshops and seminars, addressing issues such as teamwork, leadership, effective communication, time management, importance of roles of equality within the workplace. 


The main reason for Natalie’s involvement in Stars of Coffs Coast is to raise awareness while raising funds for a worthy cause.  Natalie is also keen to have a great time at a community event.
