Orlane Mortimer is the powerhouse Business Manager of Wollongong Crane Trucks, a family-owned business that’s been a part of her life since childhood. She works closely alongside her dad, who started the business, and together, they’ve built a reputation in the Illawarra as the go-to transport and craneage provider. With their amazing team of 8 full-time crew members, Orlane has learned all the ins and outs of the industry and helped the company reach new heights!

Beyond her business success, Orlane is a true all-rounder, juggling her professional achievements with her personal passions. In her free time, she loves traveling and spending time with her French Bulldog, Benji, who’s not just her loyal companion at work but also one of her “training partners.” Whether he's cheering her on or playfully joining in, Benji adds a fun touch to her rehearsals. Her leadership skills are just as impressive, having participated in the Crane Industry Council’s Women in Leadership program.
