Quanqi (Shoza) Chen

Sho is originally from South East China. He moved to Japan in his early 20's residing there for 12 years before moving to Australia! It was in Japan that he met his wife from Australia which was his reason for moving here! Sho bought with him an array of cooking skills from China and Japan and started Shoza Gyoza at the Clunes Store in 2013! He can now be found at the local markets, Clunes Store Wednesdays and Fridays and the Byron Bay bowling club! Sho’s mother died last year of cancer so being part of this fundraising event is something that resonates with him well! He also has a background of being well known DJ and hip hop dancer in his early years in his home town of Fuzhou! Suffice to say, he is excited to be part of this event!
