Roman loves the amazing feeling when you help others, “there really isn’t any better feeling…” To be in a position to bring joy, comfort and aid to others is something he is extremely proud of.
Roman Brady is the founder and CEO of Air Locker Training. Air Locker Training believe that Altitude is for everyone – regardless of fitness level, body shape, form, size, age, height or weight, their individualized sessions are about taking passionate individuals to new heights and embracing an environment of achievement through a “can-do” mindset. Their philosophy is simple – they deliver tailored group workouts in an altitude environment that simultaneously approach the mind, body and soul.
Newcastle has been great to Roman and his family. They love the people and the lifestyle Newcastle has to offer. “We are truly blessed to live in such a beautiful place.”
Roman has had family members and friends battle cancer many of whom didn’t make it. Roman has seen firsthand how Cancer can turn lives upside down. Support and love are the most needed commodities in these times. "The Cancer Council NSW provides so much love and support to those in need during tough times, that’s why I am 100000% behind them."
