About me:
I grew up in the Mt Druitt area, later moving to Penrith where my husband and I raised our two children, one of who has recently made a dream come true by making me a grandmother. I have worked at Nepean Cancer and Wellness Centre for almost 24 years. As the surrounding area grows, unfortunately so does the increase in patients requiring our service. The presence and support of the Cancer Council Volunteer Service at our centre makes a huge difference for our patients and their families. The partnership with NBMLHD and cancer Council is invaluable to our patient services. I am excited to show off my dance moves or lack of… and feel very honoured to have been asked to be part of Stars of Penrith.
