Hi there! I'm Tegan, the passionate co-owner of Support Services For You, an NDIS-registered business servicing the Mid North Coast and Queensland. I'm driven by a deep desire to help and inspire others. My journey in the support sector started with assisting individuals in maximum security prisons, providing essential care and support in challenging environments. These experiences, along with a series of roles dedicated to helping people, have shaped my empathetic and dedicated approach.
What really fuels me is the connections I make while helping others. Knowing that each act of support can make a significant impact is incredibly rewarding. My personal battle with basal cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer, brought new perspectives and a deep appreciation for the Cancer Council's work. Now, healthy and grateful, I aim to raise awareness and support for cancer research and prevention, hoping to inspire others with my story and dedication.

Dancing for a Cause – A Huge Thank You to Our Incredible Community
Hey everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to share something close to my heart. As many of you know, I’m taking part in Stars of the Hastings, stepping way outside my comfort zone to learn a dance routine—all to raise money for the Cancer Council.
For me, this fundraiser is personal. When I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma, it really shifted my perspective. I was lucky, but I know so many others are in the middle of their own battles, relying on groundbreaking research, community support, and the incredible work the Cancer Council does.
But here’s the thing—the most powerful part of this journey hasn’t been just about me. It’s been about all of YOU. The outpouring of love, encouragement, and generosity from our community has been overwhelming in the best way possible.
So thank you all, I will be forever so so grateful for each and everyone of you and your support.
