Meet Tracey, a Wodonga native with deep roots in the local community. Growing up surrounded by family and long-time friends, Tracey has a deep connection to her loved ones around her.
At the heart of her pride and joy are her three incredible daughters, each a unique source of inspiration. With 28 years of marriage to her life and business partner, Tim, she navigates the journey of life with love and shared adventures. Embracing an active lifestyle, she indulges in the abundant offerings of the local area – camping, water sports, photography, and hiking. Family time, friends, and travel hold special places in her heart, reflecting a commitment to a well-rounded and fulfilling life.
Her professional journey began in retail, transitioning through administration and sales, ultimately leading to a pivotal role as Territory Manager with Elgas. In 2008, she and Tim ventured into business ownership, acquiring Signs By Knight, a legacy from Tim's parents started in 1977. The challenges of running a business are met with enthusiasm as she embraces a diverse role, wearing various hats and enjoying the dynamic nature of the sign industry. Tracey is proud of the support Signs By Knight has been able to give to the local community over the years and is excited to do more by being involved with Stars of the Border.
The creative rewards of her work are a constant joy, witnessing the evolution of unique projects daily. As an integral part of the team at Signs By Knight, she takes pride in every sign they create. Beyond her professional pursuits, she has a penchant for trying new things, recently joining Real Girls Sweat fitness and taking up hiking with her sister.
Now, she embarks on a new and exciting venture – participating in the Stars of the Border fundraiser. In her characteristic spirit of embracing new experiences, she adds dancing to her repertoire, contributing to the community and making a difference. Whether in business, family, or community involvement, she approaches each endeavor with dedication, creativity, and a passion for making things come together. We can't wait to see Tracey take the dance floor in May!
