As the mastermind behind rosters and the leader of school holiday and day programs, Xanthe effortlessly balances operational planning with building genuine connections with her team and clients. Her days are a mix of meticulous coordination and ensuring everything runs seamlessly to deliver exceptional service. 

Xanthe is no stranger to pushing her limits—she conquered the Kokoda Trail in just 9 days. After attending the Stars in 2024 and supporting a fellow participant, it was only natural for her to join this year’s adventure. With personal ties to cancer, the cause is deeply meaningful to her, and she's eager to contribute in a significant way while having a blast along the way. 

Known for her infectious joy and vibrant personality, Xanthe isn’t immune to a bit of stage fright, especially when it comes to dancing (she’s got two left feet!). But with the unwavering support of her incredible Client Care First team, she’s ready to step outside her comfort zone and bring her A-game. Her dream dance partner?
