
Jacqui Jarratt - Coffs Coast PoleFit & Aerial
Jacqui Jarratt is the dynamic force behind Coffs Coast PoleFit and Aerial, established in 2017 after years running Pole Land Fitness. With three decades in the fitness industry, Jacqui has taught everything from Boot Camp to Aerial Yoga, but it’s her passion for pole fitness that shines—empowering people to love their bodies for what they can do.
She and her husband Glen run the Coffs Coast Fitness and Wellness Hub, where strength and confidence bloom. Both Jacqui and Glen have previously participated as Stars in the event, and have since continued to support as judges and mentors.
With many loved ones touched by cancer, Stars of Coffs Coast holds special significance for them both—bringing the same energy to fundraising as they do to lifting up others through movement.

Olivia O'Reilly - Julie Ross Dance Studio
Olivia O’Reilly has been dancing since the age of four at Julie Ross Dance Studio, where she has developed a strong foundation in performance and technique. She has competed in numerous eisteddfods and had the exciting opportunity to perform at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida with her studio.
Olivia has also featured as a principal dancer in several local musical theatre productions, including Moana with Naidu Theatre Company, and Priscilla and Jersey Boys with the Coffs Harbour Comedy Club. These experiences have further fuelled her passion for the stage and her aspiration to pursue a career in dance.
She is proud to be part of Stars of Coffs Coast 2025 and grateful for the opportunity to support such a meaningful cause through performance.

Meredith Ripley
Meredith Ripley has spent over four decades as a dance teacher, mentor, and educator—lighting up stages and classrooms with equal passion. Her talent has seen her entertain as beloved characters like Humphrey B Bear and as the host of Space Ace. A professional MC, she brings energy to concerts, community events, and fundraisers.
Meredith has also made a mark in education, mentoring young dancers in both public schools and private studios. Her all-boys troupe performed at the Sydney Opera House and was recognised in State Parliament.
Stars of Coffs Coast holds deep meaning for Meredith. It's her tribute to the families affected by cancer and those working behind the scenes to improve lives through care and research.

Theresa 'Reesy' Olsen - Muse Pole & Aerial
Theresa ‘Reesy’ Olsen is the founder of Muse Pole & Aerial, where movement becomes a form of therapy and expression. From studios in Woolgoolga and Coramba, she teaches Pole Dance, Lyra, Silk Hammock, and Floorwork—helping students build strength and confidence.
In 2017, Reesy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Cancer just after her Nan's melanoma diagnosis. While managing her health, she continues to teach and inspire her community.
Participating in Stars of Coffs Coast is deeply personal for Reesy. It’s her way of honouring the women in her family and offering support to others navigating their own health journeys.

Carol Myers - Pacific Dancentre
Carol Myers is the heartbeat of Pacific Dancentre, which she founded in 1984 as a Dancesport Australia training facility. For nearly four decades, she has nurtured a love of Ballroom Dance across the Coffs region.
An accredited coach and adjudicator in Modern, Latin, and New Vogue styles, Carol is also a long-standing member of ADS, ANDA, and Dancesport Australia. She has taught dancers of all ages, from their first steps to competition level, and her studio remains a cornerstone of the local dance scene.
Carol and Pacific Dancentre have proudly supported Stars of Coffs Coast since the event began in 2011. After losing three family members to cancer, she’s honoured to continue dancing for a cause that brings the community together in strength and support.

Codie O'Connor – Coffs Latin Rhythms
Codie is a passionate salsa dancer with over six years of experience. He teaches beginner Cuban Salsa weekly at Coffs Latin Rhythms, a not-for-profit community dance group, where he shares his love of rhythm and connection.
Outside of dancing, Codie works as a support worker, personal trainer, and relationship coach. He’s deeply committed to helping others grow and thrive, with a focus on service, wellbeing, and empowerment.
In 2023, he walked 200km to raise thousands for the Black Dog Institute and plans to take on the challenge again this year. For Codie, giving back is what drives him: “Serving others is more valuable than living just for myself.” This year, he brings that same energy and generosity to the Stars of Coffs Coast dancefloor.

Rebekah Chippington – SULT Movement
Rebekah Chippington is the founder of SULT Movement, a creative studio in Bellingen that blends dance, somatics, and intuitive movement. A classically trained ballet dancer and embodiment coach, Rebekah supports students to reconnect with their bodies.
SULT focuses on expressive, inclusive, and mindful movement practices that build strength, awareness, and joy. Her teaching welcomes all bodies and backgrounds in a non-judgmental space.
A passionate advocate for community connection, Rebekah is proud to join Stars of Coffs Coast. Her involvement reflects her belief in movement as a tool for healing, strength, and collective support.

Shay Walker – Coffs Harbour Christian Community School
Shay Walker has been immersed in dance for 14 years, training in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, and more. After teaching Jazz and Contemporary at Life House Creative Arts, she now leads dance for Kindergarten to Year 5 at Coffs Harbour Christian Community School.
Shay brings high energy and warmth to her teaching. She’s passionate about helping children grow through movement and self-expression, creating a love of dance from a young age.
Having supported loved ones through cancer, Shay’s involvement in Stars of Coffs Coast is close to her heart. She’s proud to dance for a cause that brings strength and hope to many.
