Claudia Cush - Ballroom Dancing
Hi, I’m Claudia Cush and I am so excited to be teaching dancing for this year’s Inverell Dance for Cancer! I grew up in Warialda where I started ballroom dancing at the age of 17 after learning dances for my local debutante ball. Since then I have studied to be a high school teacher and I am currently teaching Mathematics and Visual Arts at Holy Trinity School Inverell. Dancing is one of my many passions and I am very thankful to have the opportunity to be able to support such a good cause doing something I love.
Abby McGregor - Zumba
Hi, I’m Abby McGregor and I’m so excited to be involved with the Stars of Inverell 2024. Cancer has touched my family’s life so many times in so many ways over the years, and I’ll take any opportunity to support and raise funds to help those also affected. Last year I started “Zumba with Abby” as a way to exercise and continue a class that makes people laugh, smile and “let go” every week! Being asked to be a teacher for this year’s event gives me one more way to share the joy. Can’t wait to see you there!
