Callan Bailey is a proud Coffs Harbour
local and Property Manager at The Bailey Centre, part of his family business WH
Bailey & Sons. For over 30 years, Callan has managed commercial and
industrial properties and supported operations at the 24 Hour Liberty Service
Station, which celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2026.
Outside of work, Callan loves sport, including golf, tennis, and long distance
running. He also enjoys walking the Jetty Precinct, photography, and playing
music on the alto saxophone and ukulele. He’s a devoted dad to his daughters,
Maddison and Savannah.
Callan’s community spirit runs deep, with past roles as a Justice of the Peace,
Camp Quality companion, and Chamber of Commerce committee member. His
motivation for joining Stars of Coffs Coast Dance is personal: after seeing his father and sister impacted by cancer and supporting friends through their journeys, he’s ready to
raise vital funds for Cancer Council and celebrate life on the dance floor.
