Hi There, I am James Garwood and I work locally as Real Estate at our family business at Garwoods Estate Agents in Cammeray. I am from a family of dedicated real estate professionals and with the business in my DNA it was a natural progression for me to create my own boutique agency which delivers an unprecedented service and exceptional results. As the Principal of Garwood Estate Agents, we bring a warmth and charisma to the business which is rarely found. Having grown up on the Gold Coast in Queensland, a state that is so often impacted by skin cancer, I have chosen to participate in this experience as my grandfather was the foundation Chairman of the Queensland Cancer fund and was awarded an OBE for his contributions in fundraising to fight to bring an awareness to the dangers of cancer. He was also one the biggest fundraisers for the Queensland Cancer fund that set up care facilities for those whose lives were affected by cancer. Melanoma and breast cancer has been something that has impacted multiple immediately family members and any chance to help make a contribution to research that may make a change is something worth taking part in.
