Hi, I'm Jess. Participating in Stars of Ballina Dance for Cancer this year means so much to me. Cancer has touched my family deeply, with both my uncle and aunty currently facing their second rounds of chemotherapy after their cancer returned. Watching their strength through such a difficult journey has given me an even greater appreciation for the support that fundraising and community can provide.
Working at Sisu Recovery in Ballina has allowed me to become part of an incredible community, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back. Through Stars of Ballina, I hope to raise funds, awareness, and support for those facing cancer and the families walking beside them.
