Hi, I’m Joeline Hartley. 

I’m the owner of Hartley’s Fresh Market in Ballina, but more than anything, I’m someone who genuinely loves people, community, and seeing others succeed. I’m passionate about supporting local business, helping people where I can, and bringing good people together. 

Alongside running the shop, I’m actively involved in the local community through my role with the Ballina Chamber of Commerce, where I’ve had the opportunity to support local businesses, advocate for ideas that help our region grow, and connect with some truly amazing people along the way. 

I’m a big believer in having real conversations, lending a hand when someone needs it, and getting behind ideas that can make a difference.

Whether it’s supporting small business, mentoring young people, or simply stopping for a chat, community has always been at the heart of what I do. 

When I’m not at work or involved in community projects, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, dreaming up new ideas, or finding ways to make things just that little bit better for the people around me.
