Kim Townsend is the founder of Stress &
You and Bucket List Coaching, where she helps people manage stress, build
mental fitness, and live their most brilliant lives. As an internationally
certified Life Coach, Mental Fitness Trainer, and Creative Healer, Kim brings
decades of experience across aged care, hospitality, and education to her
coaching practice. Her mission? To empower others to embrace change and create
a life they love.
A mother of three and grandmother of four, Kim moved to Woolgoolga in 2021 for
a sea change and to support her mum living with Alzheimer’s. When asked to join
Stars of Coffs Coast, Kim laughed and said, “This is so random!” But her motto,
“Life is a dance between vulnerability and courage. Dare to dance!” made the
decision easy. For Kim, this event ticks all the boxes: adventure, connection,
and making a difference for those facing cancer.
