She’s interviewed the biggest stars, travelled the world, and carved out a broadcasting career that many only dream of. But Maz isn’t just the voice of a generation, she’s a fierce advocate for the sober curious movement. Now ten years alcohol-free, she’s penned Last Drinks to help others on their own journey to mindful living. She’s run her own gym, voiced countless campaigns, and remains a go-to for media that actually makes sense. Oh, and did we mention she’s done it all while raising her beautiful son Henry with builder hubby Glen and their Kelpie x Cavoodle, Happy!
