PRP Diagnostic Imaging- Central West Staff Radiographers, Sonographers, Nuclear Med Techs

We are proud to represent PRP Diagnostic Imaging from across the Central West. Between us, we bring a combined 81 years of experience in medical imaging, working as Sonographers, Nuclear Medicine Technologists, and Radiographers. Every day, our roles are centered around caring for people - providing reassurance during scans, delivering accurate results, and supporting each other as a strong team. What we love most about our work is the people, both our patients and the incredible colleagues we share it with.

Our motivation for joining Stars of Orange comes from both our professional and personal lives. Through our work, we see the impact cancer has on individuals and families, and this is an opportunity to contribute in a different, meaningful way by raising vital funds for local cancer support services. Like many in our community, cancer has touched our families, friends, and colleagues, so being part of Stars allows us to give back while stepping outside our comfort zones together.

Our biggest strength going into the competition is our teamwork - and our ability to have fun and share a laugh along the way. We’re used to supporting each other in busy, fast-paced environments, and we know that same team spirit will help us enjoy the experience and give it our best.

Of course, we’re a little nervous about dancing in front of an audience! Not all of us are trained dancers, and remembering steps can be tricky, but we know that as a team, we can laugh through mistakes and enjoy every moment.

Some of us danced when we were kids, so it’s been a  little while since we hit the studio, but we still love a good dance floor at weddings or Christmas parties. One of us tends to get a bit too confident with the worm (Luke), which always makes everyone laugh. A feel-good beat or pop anthem from Pink or Taylor Swift is guaranteed to get us moving together.

What we love about living and working in Orange is the incredible community spirit. We’re part of a town where businesses, friends, and neighbours support each other, and that sense of togetherness is inspiring every day. We’ve set ourselves an ambitious fundraising goal of $30,000, but living and breathing Orange, we know our amazing community will have our back and help us get across the line!
