In 2016, Tara embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by founding the Meraki Group, an entity that has since become synonymous with excellence and innovation in the local hospitality scene. The Meraki Group has introduced a string of beloved establishments to the Central Coast, including Pinocchio's, Motel Mezza, Little Miss Mezza, The Pantry, and the latest gem in its portfolio, Kefi in Koolewong.

Meraki - a Greek word encapsulating pouring oneself into work with love, creativity and excellence. This perfectly embodies Tara's business philosophy. Each venue reflects her personal touch, showcasing her passion and dedication to her craft.
