Tasha Wolodko-Kouril
Born in Alberta, Canada, Tasha moved to Australia and earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England. She’s the first woman in the Newcastle/Central Coast region to gain NSW’s Specialist Accreditation in Commercial Litigation and balances a thriving legal career with life in Newcastle alongside her two young children. Outside work, she enjoys long blacks, red wine, and weekends spent with family and friends.
This event carries deep personal significance for Tasha—her mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2024. Witnessing her strength and resilience has made cancer awareness and research an even more personal cause. Tasha is proud to be part of Stars of Newcastle to honour her mum, raise vital funds, and stand in solidarity with others whose lives have been touched by cancer.
